Details: Angel In The City will be hosting a pre-spring nightlife affair at The Empire Hotel Rooftop. You are invited to join Veltis Angel for this exclusive event and bring as many guests that you would like to enjoy fantastic views of Manhattan and Music by DJ L & DJ Chopps. NO COST FOR ADMISSION! On March 19th, 2009: Dispite the fact that Veltis Angel began the evening a little under the weather, things turned around nicely as the night began to unfold. It was a night to remember! The event was complimented by one of Grace Edwards' couture evening dresses worn by Veltis "Angel" Harrattan.
