Details: This is the opening night event for the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival which will be held at BLVD, 199 BOWERY AT SPRING STREET. 6PM-10PM WITH AN AFTER-PARTY TO FOLLOW: 10PM-2AM. STRICT DRESS CODE: BUSINESS ATTIRE OR SEMI-FORMAL. NO T-SHIRTS, JERSEYS, SWEATS, SNEAKERS AND BASEBALL HATS. 21 and over only. No Exceptions. TICKETS ARE PRICED AT $20 AT THE DOOR. Afterwards, Veltis will be heading over to the Empire Hotel for her exclusive party there from 11pm until 4am. The guestlist closes at 3am. All are welcome, just say "Veltis" or "Angel" at the Empire Hotel doors.
